In the center of the Grand Place in Belgium is city hall. So if you want to be married at city hall you have access to the balcony to wave to any friends or tourists you may or may not not know. Weddings are only on Friday and Saturday. So while we thought these were important people not so but you wouldn't believe it from the crowd cheering. Only 250 euros for a 20 minute photo op on the balcony. 25 euros for 15 minutes of fame and photos
